Cancel Timeshare
Many people are pressured into buying a timeshare after going to the resort/hotel and being presented with feelings of aristocracy which is thrown at them during the presentation. The typical tactic is to bring couples together and get at least one of them to want to buy. People who say they are not interested to begin with are often made to feel that they must be interested and therefore buy.
If you don't know what to do next, our suggestion is that you do some calling around. Look on the internet and see if you can find out if anyone from your state cancelled their timeshares. Read the fine print and see if there is a provision for cancellation on your contract. This will come in handy if you are able to cancel the contract. The Key is to Act Fast. The longer you take to cancel a timeshare, the greater you risk not being able to cancel it.
Each state has their own laws regarding cancellation of a timeshare. Make sure that you cite this law when sending the cancellation back to the seller. But again act fast or you may be timeshare owners. But that might not be a bad thing, unless you can find your timeshare for less somewhere else.
